Corona/ COVID-19 Protocol

Studio:

Our studio is located at Appelvink 1, 3435RX in Nieuwegein (The Netherlands). Visiting only possible with an appointment.

We are at walking distance (about 7 minutes) of the Bus- and Tramstation of Cityplaza, the town’s main shopping centre.

There is parking available around the studio, which is free after 5 p.m. (17:00h), as well as on a Saturday or Sunday.

You can sign up by e-mailing us if you have questions, requests or would like a more easy to read list.

Our workshops are in Dutch, but you can request a workshop in English as a a special lesson (private or with a group).

Basic price:

Youth (till 18 years): euro 15,00 per 2 hours

Adult (from 18 years): euro 20,00 per 2 hours

Manga for Beginners (Level 0):

Learn the basics of Manga Art: head and body. Suitable for people who never drew Manga before.

3D cutting a Manga image:

You will get an image you can color yourself. Afterwards you will cut it out. By pasting the parts on top of each other with foam tape, you will create a 3D feel.!

Coloring with Alcoholbased markers:

Learn the basiss of coloring with alcoholbased markers: blending (3 ways), use of colorless blender, lineless coloring and all about chosing the right marker for you.

Japanese Tea Ceremony:

What is a Japanese Tea Ceremony and how does one go? Get a clear explanation from the hostess and whisk your own green tea! Drinking the tea is not obligated and chairs available for those who can’t sit the traditional way.

Time: 1 hour

Ages: 12 and up (includes a lot of listening before the ceremony starts)

Japanese Caligraphy:

Japanese Caligraphy is different from our western caligraphy. Learn the meaning, the basics and learn how to write your own name in Japanese!
