Agnes only appeared once and only for a moment, but she showed a lot of insight in Lady Luna's past. Being the mother of Sky Etoile, she was a divorced young woman, who was on good terms with her ex-husband. Because they were on good terms, Sky thought it was possible to reunite them. She lured both of her parents to a cafe, where a gas explosion errupted, causing Agnes to lose her mind (probably due some unknown head trauma) and Sky's father ending up in a coma.

Two Dream Fairies who decided to steal dreams, instead of giving them. They were eventually stopped by Lady Luna, right after Lady Luna was 'born' and the Dream Fairies destroyed the Monastery Sky Etoile grew up in. Locked up in a bottle for (probably) centuries, the girls vowed revenge on the one Lady Luna loves most. Yuugao adores her big sister and Tsukiyo loves her little sister no matter what. They loved each other so much, they would risk the worst possible fate of a Dream Fairy: to have dreams on their own...

Kimi was mentioned before, in an earlier special. She was Zach's High School classmate, along with Zach's cousin Nicolas. She was considered a beautiful young girl, until an accident with Zach's awakening powers scorched her face. She never blamed him, despite knowing it was his fault. When her parents moved to Serenay Moon, her face was restored by an upgraded Medical Center. She always cared for Zach, but also cared a lot about other people. She was the typical 'Nicest/Sweetest Girl of the Class'. Influenced by the magic of the Dream Fairies, Kimi showed emotions she never showed before: jealousy, possesiveness and 'competition-watch-out'.

Since Rose Green's maiden's name is unknown, it's unknown what her parents were called. While they weren't that happy their daughter married so young, they did support her in every way.
