Our houserules:
- Keep In Mind has irregular opening hours. Please contact us beforehand, to avoid disappointment.
- De building Keep In Mind is shared with other companies. We expect visitors to show correct behaviour.
- Police will be called when theft occurs.
- There is camera security in the building, but employees from Keep In Mind cannot acces the footage.
- Damage or loss of property of Keep In Mind or the building will be the responsibility of the one who causes it. Compensation will be paid by the one who caused it. Damage or loss of the property of visitors are the responsibility of the visitors or the one who caused it.
- There is no cash present in the building. Card payment is possible when announced in advance (mobile PIN-machine is not always present in the studio). We request you pay the exact amount. We can put the product aside for up to a week or ship it after payment. Of course, paying up front is always possible.
- Keep In Mind reserves the right to deny visitors access without reason, at any time.
- Pets are not welcome at te building, except when you have explicit permission from Keep In Mind. Of course, guide animals are an exception, but please notify us beforehand.
- Sollicitors (offering products or services) are not welcome.
- We have zero-tolerance when it comes to agression, destruction/damages, racism, hate, bullying or ridiculing students, for whatever reason. This rule counts for all visitors, even during a workshop. If the above happens, you will be removed from the building. If it happens during a workshop, you will get no refunds.
- Workshops need to be paid upfront, at the latest 5 business days before. No payment = no access. You can cancel the workshop for a full refund up to 5 business days up front. You can get a 50% refund up until 48 hours before the workshop. We can discuss a change of date, free of charge. You cannot change the date and then cancel the workshop.
- Do you wish to cancel after the workshop? There will be no refund, but we can discuss if another date is an option.
- We do not appreciate swearing. Please keep the youngest students in mind.
- There is no waiting room for people who came along. There is no place to wait until the workshop is over. If you are looking for a place to stay, the shopping mall Cityplaza is only a few minutes away.
- Students are required to be present 10 minutes before the workshop starts. This insures the workshop can start in time.
- You can borrow materials, but damaged materials will have to be replaced by the person who caused the damages. The costs for replacements will be charged.
- Visitors can during and after a workshop buy products from Keep In Mind. There is no cash present, so please bring along correct change.
- We can host up to 6 students a workshop, unless noted otherwise. Workshops will be offered in a group-setting. Private tutoring is optional, for an additional fee.
- During the workshops, basic anatomy will be mentioned. If you do not appreciate this, please mention it beforehand.
- A Dutch ‘Verklaring van Goed Gedrag (VOG)’ (a legal declaration one is allowed to work with children) of the teachers can be shown.
